5 Yr Old Lab Had What Looked Like A Seizure With A Sm Bowel Movement Followed By A Clear Discharge...what Could This Be?

Lab somehow crawled under a small table in the room and looked like he got stuck...but looked like hind legs were not moving so he was dragging them...when got out from under table he laid on his back with legs in the air and wide eye looked all around like he could not focus for 3-4 mins while we called at him.....he has hip dysplasia.......
