Well you are right that using hot hair straighteners can damage your hair and if you want to protect your hair when straightening then you must use it in careful manner so that you can use protection.

Well my mum uses spray and i used to but i don't anymore and i find it makes no different at all i used to have tiresome and that's meant to be a good one. It may damage your hair but not really. Just cut your hair every now and again because you will have split ends but they are nothing to worry about so carry on not using spray if you like.
