Well just put the disk in your pc,if that doesn't work try to restart your pc.You can also go to my computer and on the bottom it says the sims 3, click that see if it works.Then if that doesn't work buy another one.And if it still doesn't work your pc is old or something is wrong with your computer.My friend told me these things,because my doesn't install,and hers did.
