My 1995 Renault Clio Is Making Clunking Noises Under The Bonnet. What Is It?

I recently had the car serviced and new oil was added. I hadn't driven the car for a week then suddenly the minute I turn the ignition on this clunking comes from under the bonnet. I checked the oil - very little there, but no oil on the ground! What is it?

It means there was some leakage after you've changed the oil and all oil was leaked in your way back to your home. That's why your car is making such sounds. Now you should overcome the leakage problem and you have to fill your engine with new oil.
