    I don't you should eat just one meal a day, it will make you faint and you don't want that. You body needs more than a meal a day ti survive because it is not getting what it needs to keep going. The hour a day of exercise is great. Why not having three healthy meals a day, making the breakfast the biggest meal. That way you will be healthy and loose just as much as if you were having one meal a day.
