Can someone tell me if Thomas Cole Loans Agency a scam or the real deal?? Any living Sporean who actually did get any loan from them? Or anybody who actually fall for their trap? Any prove to back up?

Thomas Cole Loans Agency claims to give out Bad credit personal loans that are considered as financial solution for individuals who have bad credit and may or may not have any collateral to pledge against any loan. I personally believe that it is not that trustworthy as I have researched about it and there is no particular evidence that calls for this company as not being a scam. The company does not have a website and the interest rate that it is offering is very low, which is not possible at these times. Also it calls for interest money upfront, which shows that it is a scam as no other lending institution does this. However, I came across this person on Blurtit who claims to have gotten a loan from this agency. You can contact him and talk to him. He might be able to give you evidence of this company not being a scam. The link to his profile is given below;
