My Husbands Diaphram Is Higher On One Side Which Is Causing Him Not To Breath Right. Would He Have To Have Surgery To Correct This ?
My husband has shortness of breath. His heart is fine. His diaphram is higher on one side which is causing him not to breath right. Would he need surgery to fix this
