    My Husbands Diaphram Is Higher On One Side Which Is Causing Him Not To Breath Right. Would He Have To Have Surgery To Correct This ?

    My husband has shortness of breath. His heart is fine. His diaphram is higher on one side which is causing him not to breath right. Would he need surgery to fix this

    The high diaphragm  is usually  congenital in children but in elders it can be the result of an accident or traumatic injury. The best possible solution is surgery. There are no alternative ways to treat this problem.
