That means that your dog is having seizures. Temporary blindness, deafness, disorientation, salvation, restlessness, irregular movements and uneasiness are all symptoms of seizures. He needs to be treated for it. Please consult a vet for proper treatment.

Your dog has had a neurological event -- possibly a transient ischemic attack (a minor type of stroke) or a full-blown stroke. I would see the vet immediately if not sooner!
