Anyone Know Where I Can Purchase Stocks In India?
My brokerage only trades Nationally, but strangely I did manage to purchase one international stock...strange. I guess it depends on the exchange?

From what i have read today you really do not have to buy in India. They are buying in Europe and the united states. Here is a site that gives information on a 150 India companies. Www.wisdomtree.com/bannerads/india/PPC/ad1a.html?source=Google&gc...

Was your answer meant to be a question? Hopefully not sarcastic? India and China are two economies the world has it's eye on. I chose India for it's democratic sphere. Type the following in your Search Engine..... India's Tata Group goes global.... it's not a lauging matter.

Hi Nomad1: I rated this high because I wasn't aware of the information you gave me via the website. I must have worded my question wrong. I needed an American Brokerage like E*Trade or Scottrade (or whatever) that I could buy India's shares 'through'. Given your information I can probably bounce around and find out. Thanks!
