I will be assuming that you already know that guy or at least both of you know each other. Always be dressed stylishly and wear on makeup to look different from usual, This helps attracting someone towards you. Just walk up to him or her and start talking to him or her. If he or she dont talk back. Pass notes in class( if y'all got da same class). Then ask him or her if he or she go with someone. If he or she say yes. Just be like "we can be friends. Be sties like or homegirl n homeboy" If he or she say no n ask u y just say my friend wanted to kno. Then give him or her some time to know u. Then ask him or her out on a date. Then tell him or her u like them.
