My son was in his stroller and tried to climb out (going under the bars on the stroller). He fell and hit his head on a marble type floor. He cried for a few minutes but for the most part seemed ok. It’s been three days since he fell, but wants to always want to lay his head down. Should I take him to the emergency room?

You really should take your son to a doctor, especially since you have noticed a change in his behaviour. Since a baby's head is softer than an adult's, it is possible that your son has a head injury. It really is hard to tell what type of head injury he has until he is examined (that is if he does have a head injury but it is better to be safe than sorry) so take him to a doctor as soon as possible.

You should take your son to the doctor because a change in his behaviour which can signify a closed head injury which can be very serious.
