H.R. 3548 can be read at a free site called "open congress". I know that to qualify your unemployment must have run out all extensions, everything. You should have collected nothing. Good system huh? Each state has different ways to determine who gets what. PA will mail me a letter of determination in about 2 weeks. If I get the news I want to hear I receive 20 weeks because PA numbers of out of work people is high so I will get 14 on one tier and 6 on tier 2. If you state has low numbers( I believe 8.5% unemployed is the high number) you will receive 14 weeks. I have read that 14 weeks might be 13 weeks for everyone. I can not find out. But I will re-read the bill if my eyes hold out. I don't care just like you we need the money. I hope this helped. Good luck.
