    Fitness means proper shape of body and weight. Some people have very attractive shape of body, which suits them. They maintain themselves by proper diet and exercise. Fitness is very effective for our body and keeps us healthy and protects us from diseases. Over weight is a big problem and cause of many diseases and also looks very bad. Proper weight and body according to their age and height keeps you fit and active. Fit people confident in his work and do his duty with full attention. A fit person does his duties with whole-heartedly.

    A fit person enjoys his work. A fit person remains active whole the day. Fitness dose not mean that a person become very thin or smart. It means that a person keep himself at a proper weight by using proper diet. Exercise is not only effects on the body, it also effects on the brain. It keeps a man's mind fresh and healthy. As it is said that a healthy body keeps a healthy mind so exercise is only thing, which provides things, healthy body and brain
