Why Does The 256mb Memory Stick I Bought Which Is Sony Not Work In My Sony Cyber-shot 3.3 Mega Pixel?
Answers
Well different types of gadgets have different memory sticks which work in them, even though they are from the same company.
The 256 MB memory stick that you have most probably does not work in your 3.3 mega pixel camera, maybe because it is a cell phone memory stick and has been specially manufactured only for cell phones, in spite of being manufactured by Sony. All you can do is take the memory stick back to the outlet where you purchased it from and verify whether the memory stick that you have is compatible with the cyber-shot 3.3 mega pixel.
A memory stick basically is a detachable flash memory card format, which was released in the year 1998, by Sony. The initial memory sticks were accessible in sizes up to 128 MB.
