What Is A Normal Phase?

I am doing a project on Chlorine and i don't Know if a Normal Phase is the color of chlorine or.......

    Chlorine is a yellowish green gas at room temperature, it cannot exist in nature in nascent form which is as a single chlorine atom. In its nascent form its highly reactive so two nascent atoms react to bond together as a Cl2 molecule.
