I Had My Tubes Cut Only Cut 1cm 18 Years Ago .. Do They Grow Back Together?? Every Time I Have A Yearly I Ask This To See If I Need Birth Control As I Am Now 47.

My doctor told me back in 1990 i was turning 30 that cutting my tubes in the binki area and cutting 1 cm off each would prevent me from ever getting pregnancy.. Do they grow back (the tubes) and how can i find out?? 12 yrs ago the hospital thought i was pregnant and had a miscarriage. I need to know if i should need other birth control.

The fallopian tubes once cut, burned or removed either partial or complete can be regrown. Another point is when your doctor cut the tubes, he cut ampulla which is responsible for catching the egg, so your can not get pregnant and don't need birth control pills.
