Does Anyone Know About Iron Deficiency & The Med Called "Niferex 150?" Is Anyone In The Same Boat?
I've been iron deficient for some time now, but would like to know how long it takes this med to really start showing results. I just started taking this like 2 weeks ago & my iron has went up, barely. My saturation % is 7.6 (really low still). Anyone know about this or going through the same thing?

The generic name for Niferex 150 is ascorbic acid and iron polysaccharide. Iron polysaccharide is a mineral iron. Iron is very important for our body to perform many functions, especially for the transport of oxygen in the blood. Ascorbic acid is used for the treatment of vitamin C deficiency.
Don't take over dose of the medicine. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. Take each tablet with a full glass of water. You should not take the medicine if you have diabetes or some kidney disease or talk about it to your doctor because ascorbic acid prevents the absorption of other medicines.
