Why Would The Pad On A Cat's Paw Change Color?
My Siamese cat, who is 19, is slowing down a lot. I noticed today that his paw pads have changed color from brown to dark pink. Does anyone know why this might happen?

Here's a link that leads to an explanation for your cat's paw pad change of color. I found it as I was searching an answer for my 7 year old Siamese cat who's going through the same color changes. Basically it says not to worry your cat's health is not at risk, it is just an underlying gene that wakes up at some point in a cat's life.
