Yes, you can. Be aware that cats dont like loud slashing like the noise a shower does, and please use warm water.

When I bathed my new kitten at the age of two and a half (ish) months, I only put a few inches of warm water in the tub, and simply used a cup to scoop and pour the water over the kitten. Use a gentle voice, and keep one hand on the kitten at all times (I held mine gently by the scruff). Don't use normal human shampoo, as it's too harsh for tender animal skin.
