If you have the breeder's name, key telephone numbers into a search engine and key the breeder's name in when you choose a telephone number site to use.
If you can't remember the breeder's name, use a telephone number site and key in "dog breeders", or "Corgi breeders". It may be a good idea to start with the yellow pages if looking under breeders. This is the only advise I have for you. Good luck finding the breeder.

Try to put a notice in the local paper in the pet section.
