You might be having endometriosis which is a condition in which endometrial tissues grow out side the uterus but inside the abdominal cavity. These endometrial tissues respond to the hormones produced in a female body throughout the cycle like endometrium. As these tissue are also part of endometrium, they also bleed during periods and this condition causes pain.
