Can I Kick My Roommate Out For Intentionally Endangering My Dog?

I rent a room in my apartment to a roommate. She brought home a plant that is toxic to my dog. I told her to move it out of the dog's reach and she refused saying that I need to watch my dog so that she doesn't eat it. Can I kick her out for intentionally endangering my dog?

Surely if its her room, the dog wont be in contact with the plant anyway.

Though I'm sure if you explained your concern  and that if she doesn't decide to co-operate, you don't think the living agreement will work out anymore. I'm sure that is legal.

Well, The plant is outside on our balcony where the dog hangs out during the day.  I told her she could put it in her room and she won't.  I also told her she could set the plan on a ledge that's higher than where the dog can reach and she said she doesn't want the plant there.  So...I think you're right.  She's unreasonable and she shouldn't be living in my apartment anymore.
