Well you can rent a model for a couple hours to practice photographing no harm in it as long as the model is comfortable.
Young girls are mostly crazy about photo shoots and majority of them don't want to take money as well. They just want do it for fun, want to look good or want fame. So you can get free models as well for your photographing. Look around and you will find many :)

Don't you have any friends or family that would help? Do your friends or family know anyone interested?
They also sell a possible figure in art stores for that purpose.
