Teen Fitness Advice?

What would u recommend 4 a 16 yr old who wants 2 get fit? I want 2 lose like maybe 5-10 lbs. And b toned. Any ideas on how can accomplish both at the same time.

    Well first drinking a full glass of water before ever meal helps full you before eating a full meal and running do that for about 2 weeks and keep going
