I Have Rented Out One Of The Rooms In My House To A Guy From Work. We DO NOT Have A Lease Agreement. Just A Verbal Agreement. Can I Legally Put His Stuff On The Curb For Non Payment?

I guess depending on the state there is different laws but here in Michigan. You still have to legally evict him and he gets 30 days to get out. If you just put his things out he can sue you for the loss of his things.

Yes you can, as there is no written agreement. It is always better to have a written agreement to be on the safer side and get protection of law.
