But the law considers this law under special circumstances. Constructive or quasi contract are based upon the principle of equity that a person shall not be allowed to get benefit at the expense of another person. But the law does not allow any one to get advantage at the cost of any other person or by damaging his or her property. If a person found some goods some goods which are lost by someone then it is the duty or obligation of that person to return the good to the person to whom the goods belong.

This contract is further categorized into two stages one type is called the executed contract and the other is called the executor contract and there is a difference between the both. The term executed refer to the completion of any thing.  The agreement or contract is said to be executed if the both of the parties to an agreement perform their duties and fulfill their responsibilities.
