This is the different type of the contract and these contracts do not form due to express or implied contract between two individuals or parties. But the law considers this law under special circumstances. Constructive or quasi contract are based upon the principle of equity that a person shall not be allowed to get benefit at the expense of another person. But the law does not allow any one to get advantage at the cost of any other person or by damaging his or her property.
