    You may be anemic.  Check your haemoglobin or try to incorporate more iron, B12 and/or folic acid in your diet and see what happens.

      As you approach menopause it is possible that you may experience such changes in your normal physical routine due to hormonal changes. In some cases it may become necessary to have a hysterectomy but not always. So the right thing to do is see your gp.
