Where Can I Learn To Draw Funny Pictures And Cartoons?

Most people learn to draw funny pictures and cartoons by simply doodling at home. Paper and pencil is the best way to discover if you have the talent for it. And even if you do not have the talent for it, persistence will often bring development on in leaps and bounds.

If you are more serious about developing this interest in cartoons and funny pictures. Why not take art classes at school or a local evening or extension colllege?
