    Fréjus is a coastal town that is situated on the French Riviera. It is also a community that is located in the Var département, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur district of southern France. Some of the main sights of Fréjus are church of St Maximinus, which started around the thirteenth century. It was started by Charles II of Sicily.

    It is surrounded by Saint-Raphaël, Var, due to which it is considered as one town.

    The Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur comprises of former French province of Provence, previous papal region of Avignon, known as Comtat Venaissin, past Sardinian-Piedmontese county of Nice and Côte d'Azur.

    The French Riviera is a division of France's south-eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea, it stretches from Toulon to Menton, and is surrounded with Italy.
