It should have come with a cable (either USB or Firewire) to connect it to the PC - use that if it did, if it didn't....see what kinds of ports are free on the drive and on the PC, then go buy a cable and connect it up
The computer should automatically register the new drive as soon as you connect it - look in My Computer/Windows Explorer.
