I don't know if he will be OK help it has a big bump on the left side of its ear and black stuff on his shell, we tried washing him in warm water but there's still black stuff on it.

Dear, try to wash him with warm salted water as it helps to remove black stuff from your turtles shell or might your dog is suffering from abscess of the tympanic membrane i.e. Ear infection so its better to consult a doctor for its removal. Animals can't speak so it's our responsibility to take care good care of them.

It's not a dog my turtle has a bump on his neck my my friend has a turtle i asked her and she said it was completeley normal for the bump
