Look for the fan blades under the hood. The water pump is attached to the fan blades.

Best thing is to get a Chiltons book. In the engine compartment, there are two fans. One mounted on the radiator and one on the water pump. To replace the water pump you must loosen the belt and remove the "stuff" sharing the mounting bolts like the power steering pump. Loosen all of the bolts and gently tap the pump loose. Scrape the mating surface clean but do not gouge a mark when cleaning. Stuff a rag in the opening to keep debris from going in the engine. Smear some sealer on both mating surfaces and stick the gasket in the right spot. Put the bolts back and tighten gradually and evenly. Put everything back and tighten the belt.
The hardest part is the power steering pump.
Have fun, it is only a bunch of bolts.
