St Michael's Church in Heighington is in East Green, Heighton, in the county of Durham in England. The Church is dedicated to St Michael the archangel. It possesses an interesting edifice. It includes a south porch, nave, western tower and aisles. The tower has three ancient bells. They are dedicated to St Peter, Our Lady and St Paul. In 1878, Mrs Tysack, Miss Hodson and H.E.Surtees Esq. donated 229 pounds for three new bells.
The Cleveland Family History Society has published the Monumental inscriptions in the churchyard. For 144 pounds a clock with good chimes was installed. In total the expense for the enlargements and alterations amounted to 3, 709 pounds. It is an Anglican Church part of the Church of England. The current Reverend is Philip Thomas. It is a Grade One enlisted building.
