    There are countless ways to boost your mood. Also different things work with varying efficiency for different people. Firstly smile; it may be forced at first. But that very act of smiling can actually lift your spirits. Another quick fix is a change of scenery. Simply take a walk. Fresh air could do wonders for your mood. If moving isn't possible, simply close your eyes and breathe deeply and evenly. Feel your troubles dissolving. Picture the same with the help of mental images.

    Practice positive thinking. Perhaps focus on someone else. Play with children or a pet. Sometimes a simple nap may be in order. Stress can be a cause for mood upheaval. Diet plays a vital role in moods. A balanced diet is invaluable. Surprisingly even exercise may boost your mood.

      To boost your mood you need to be active always. Think in a positive way, take things as they come, not thinking much about the past and the future.

      Once you start thinking, your mood would go off.
