My Dog Is 15 Years Old, Vomiting Almost Daily. Will Barely Ate Anything. He Is Very Weak And Skinny Now And Can Barely Stand Anymore. His Back Legs Are Extremely Weak. What Should We Do? What Could Be Causing This?

Well, Kittenev, I can only assume your parents are afraid of the cost involved, because from the sound of things I think it's pretty guaranteed that your dog has cancer and not long to live. If he is not eating or moving about he will die very soon and it sounds as if he is in a lot of pain (dogs don't make a noise when they are in pain, they just stay still). Please ask your parents to do the kindest thing for your dog to prevent him from suffering like this any longer. A vet will put him to sleep for you - this is painless for your dog and is much kinder than leaving him to suffer like this.

Your dog may have parvo (not sure of the spelling). This can be deadly...take it to the vet asp!!!

I'm so sorry. I had a similar incident with my cat. When your pet is in the state you described it sounds like his body is shutting down. The humane thing to do it take him to the vet. I decided that with my cat and I found it to be one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. The vet made it so simple and easy. Most importantly I was there with my pet till the end. They just go to sleep, it's peaceful.
