    To tone your body it requires a lot of exercise as well as the right balanced diet. It is very necessary to start with to exercise for at least twice or thrice a week for a span of at least 20-30 minutes. You can simply sweat it out by walking, jogging, running, cycling or anything that will help you to sweat it off. Incase you prefer not moving out of your house, try and get yourself a treadmill and sweat it while you watch or talk with anyone else. Try and pull out at least 30 minutes for exercising.

    In order to get rid of that tyre around your waist try and do a lot of Walking, Jogging, Running, Cycling, Swimming and Aerobics. Most of all reduce your fat intake or anything that contains calories. Eat little and sufficient portions. Try and make your diet more of fruits and vegetables too.

    The trick to toning your body and keeping it toned, is by doing some simple exercises. Over complicating things means that you're more likely to give it up.
