Is My Blokes Phones Being Tapped By The Police And Some Hiccup Is Happening?

Hi , when I call my blokes 2 different mobile phones starting his number with 141 (to withheld my number) it go through to our main police station. I called my land line provider, and was told there is nothing wrong with my house phone. His 2 mobile phones are on different networks, and this only happens when I put 141 at the beginning of his numbers, not every time but 3 out of 5 times i call him like this, this happens... I've called other people in the same way and this is not happening with their phones, just his ???
