They are stored in your body differently. Heroin is stored in the liver and other organs, marijuana is stored in fat cells, so I would be more concerned about how you detox. Flushing your system too fast could release other narcotics stored in your liver to be released all at once and cause on overdose. If you feel the need to use, smoke the weed and put down the heroin.
