The Internet! Welcome to the biggest dating community the world has ever seen. On the internet you can have a relationship with someone who resides on the opposite end of the world, or even with your unapproachable neighbour for that matter. There are many networking sites available that enable a user to find like minded people in the area of your choice whom you can approach and if permitted by them, can even meet and go on a date. Examples of such sites include Orkut, Fropper etc.

Or if you want to go the traditional way, try visiting the local watering hole and sniff her/him out. It is a tried and tested method, however there is always the chance of getting turned down, so be prepared for that possibility before you take the dive.

I wouldn't look at a bar or at court!

I would recommend somewhere at work (not in your department), or try internet dating. As weird as it may sound, internet dating works quite well!
