How Do I Access The Network Troubleshooting Guide On My PC?

    Click on 'Start', 'My Documents', and then 'My Network Places', which is in the 'Other Places' section. Click on 'View network connections'. Under 'See also' click on 'Network Troubleshooter'. The troubleshooting guide will provide various information, such as how to set up a small home or office network, information on files and printers for networks, and help with Bluetooth devices.

    There are also some tasks which you can pick to receive help with. If you click on 'Index' at the top of the window, you can use a quick search, which will allow you to quickly locate topics by using the keywords provided on the list and clicking 'Display'. You can also print out any information if you wish. These topics aren't just related to networking, but to general problems or questions related to your computer. If you click on 'Support', you can receive online help for help with any problems or questions related to your PC.

      On vista, just go to the right task bar and click on the network short cut and you will see a "open network and sharing center" option there click it and i guess you will see all you need.
