Want To Buy 2nd Home With Equity, Should I Get Attorney For Purchase?

Wanting to pick up a 2nd home with my equity from 1st home. Loan 5.49 120.000 will pay with a bank check from my personal account. So there will be no bank involved on my end. What is the correct process that i should follow as a buyer. I went threw a long process with first home. Will i still have the 2 month long time frame doing the work my self. Thanks for you help.

    No, you don't need an attorney. I am not sure what exactly you are looking to do exactly. If you are paying the full value of the home, then the owner can write the deed over to you. You will need a notary at the very least. It takes a while for the paperwork to go through, but 2 months sounds like too long for what you are attempting to do.
