I have a small bump under the skin on my chest. It has been there for a couple of years. It now seems to have gotten a little bigger and I feel pain when I touch or rub it. Even when I don't touch it I can feel soreness.

Basal cell cancer: Is skin cancer characterized by the formation of small, shining and pale lump usually on back and chest and formation of bleeding sore .treatment includes curettage and dessication of tumors, radiotherapy, surgery of tumor, use of nitrogen gas to freeze the basal cells growth and use of medicines including creams.
