Its simple just open your account Or press the "account" link present on the right corner. Then at the middle of the page before Friends list you can see "Edit my Favorite Picture" Click on the "upload the New Picture" and then browse for your favorite picture and upload it.
But remember the picture size should not be more than 2MB and you can only upload JPEG/PNG format files.
