Where Can I Find A Lock To Put On A Homemade Journal?

I know that local hardware stores like Ace and Home Depot have hinge locks that you can put on cabinets and doors.  They might carry something small enough for a journal too.  If not, maybe you can make one or maybe you can buy a locking journal.  (Though the store bought ones are easy to get open anyway.)  Another thought would be to start typing in Word as a journal instead and keep it as a hidden file, or password protected file in your documents folder.
