    I don't remember what should be the exact amount, but I think it is 1 cup of regular milk and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. It might be teaspoons. Good luck

    yes- using 1-2 tablespoons vinegar to 1 cup of milk, stir it well and let it sit a minute or 2 and you'll be good to go!
