To get your photo found on Google images you need to have it uploaded in a site online. Your best chance to have it found is to poost it on your own site or blog, with describing text around it and with alt tag and appropriate name.
If you don't have your site or blog you can tree uploading it to some free web based photo album - like Picasa for general photos, Everkidphoto for baby photo albums, Flickr for more aestetic images etc.
