      As I see it shiloh was a bloody slaughter. Shiloh's cherry orchard saw men falling so fast it was calculated 3000 men died in a single half hour of battle,thats 300 men every minute. Also there was so much lead in the air cherry blossoms covered the dead and dieing as fast as they fell. This little tid bit was only one tiny bit of carnage that day.
