Will Cranberry Juice Help Flush My System?

It will help as long as you don't drink so much that you dilute your system.

Yes drinking cranberry juice makes you use the bathroom more. It is a good way to flush your system of unwanted variables. If you are trying to use it to clean drugs from your system i do not believe this will help. Form what i understand there are things found in health food stores that claim to do this though. I know a couple of people that claim they work. Cranberry juice is great for urinary tract infections and helping to fight off cancer cells. The more you drink the more you use the restroom.

I don't know what you are flushing, maybe you mean detoxifying??  If you drink cranberry juice make sure it is 100%, also tea works good plus one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day is beneficial to ridding your body of toxins.  Make sure you drink plenty of water, you do not want to dehydrate yourself and it also helps to push the toxins out.  I hate to say this but the more you use the bathroom the better!!!!!!
