Interviews are generally given as one part of the holistic scoring procedure in an examination. They are also sometimes needed as hiring interviews after one passes an examination.

Generally, interviews are segregated into three parts, introduction, core and conclusion. Introduction questions may include questions like: Tell us something about yourself or Why do you want this job?

Core interview questions would include those related to the specific job that the person is applying for, for example, 'what would you do if one of the patients was reported missing from the hospital?'

Concluding questions are generally those asking the interviewee to summarise his or her qualifications and why they think they would be suitable for the job.

The call after an interview depends on the scoring process of the interviewer and also on the number of applicants for the job.
