Can They Sue Me?
So ive been working at this place for about 2 months and i am scheduled for 5-9 well in random days they make me go home early like 7 or 8 well i was scheduled to work 5-9 tonight i rode with a friend well

I would say they can't sue you what would they sue you for leaving when they told you to. Most places don't have to have a reason to fire someone anymore, getting fired is a possibility. If you are worried start looking for a new job just in case.
